BI  is an abbreviation of the two words  B usiness  I ntelligence , bringing the right information at the right time to the right people in the right format. It is a 5-step process to run your business smarter, starting with registering the right data correctly, collecting the data from multiple sources, transforming, combining and storing it in a data warehouse.                                        This data should be reported, analysed and distributed to the right people at the right time in the right format.
